Wedding Photography Frequently Asked Questions

Q) What are your prices?
A) Our 2017 package prices range from £795.00 to £1,795.00
In addition we offer reduced rates for weddings held between November and March and we offer tailored packages for smaller midweek weddings between Monday to Thursday.

Q) How many pictures do we get?
A) For wedding coverage just prior to the start of the ceremony until just before the start of the evening meal you can expect up to 300 high quality images on USB.
For all day coverage, (bridal prep to first dance), you will receive up to 500 images.
The amount of images you receive can of course vary depending on the size of the wedding, the amount of coverage, time available for pictures, the weather and the locations themselves however we prefer to focus on the overall quality of the images themselves rather than padding out the numbers for effect.
All the images you receive are fully edited and saved at both high and low resolution.

Q) How long after the wedding do we get the pictures?
A) We aim to have your pictures ready three weeks after the big day.
As a courtesy to the bride and groom you will get to see the images before anyone else which you can either watch on the large screen in our Viewing Room or in the comfort of your own home via the password protected Online Album.

Q) How do you design our album?
A) For the storybook or contemporary range albums we are more than happy to design the album for you from scratch or you can let us know which images you want and we will design the album to your specifications.
Whichever option you choose you will receive a preview of the album for approval so nothing goes to print until you are totally happy with the design.
Once the album has been approved and sent for printing please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Q) Can we customize our package?
A) We have five packages to choose from including both of our digital packages and each package can be amended to suit your wishes.

Q) Do you charge for travel?
A) The cost of travel is included for all weddings within a 25 mile radius.
For weddings outwith this distance an additional mileage charge may apply.

Q) I hate getting my picture taken. Do we have to do a cheesy pose for all the pictures?
A) In a word, no, we don't like cheesy, unnatural looking pictures either:)
Our style is very relaxed and friendly. We believe we are there to add to your day, not take you away from it.
While some posing may be required a lot of our pictures are candid in nature and even for the groups shots we try to avoid taking any "stiff" looking images.

Q) Can family and friends buy images from the day?
A) Yes, they can view and purchase any images they want via the password protected Online Album.

Q) How long have you been in business?
A) We have been established since 2005.

Q) Are you insured?
A) Yes, we are fully insured.

Q) How do we book you?
A) A £250.00 booking fee secures your date.
You can pay by cash, cheque, credit card or bank transfer.
